The only faculty in the Czech Republic with the Triple Crown accreditation.

The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) at the Prague University of Economics and Business is among the most respected schools in Central and Eastern Europe focused on the field of management. The FBA is the only faculty in the Czech Republic that has the Triple Crown accreditation. The Triple Crown accreditation is a combination of three prestigious international accreditations: AACSB, EQUIS and AMBA. This means the FBA ranks among the 1% of best business schools in the world.

Synonymous with the highest standards of quality, AACSB accreditation also inspires innovative approaches to education around the world. The demands placed on accredited business schools are so high that less than 6% of universities offering management degree programmes worldwide hold AACSB accreditation.

The EFMD only awards the EQUIS accreditation to faculties with excellent teaching, high-quality research, a high degree of internationalisation and strong links with practice. The primary goal of the accreditation is to improve the quality of management education worldwide. EQUIS strives to balance high academic quality and professional relevance, ensured by close collaboration with practice.

International accreditation AMBA is considered the world’s most important accreditation in the field of MBA studies. Only a few hundred of the best business schools worldwide, such as the University of St. Gallen or HEC Paris, have received it so far.

In the Financial Times  „Master in Management Ranking 2023“  our faculty ranked 18th with the international CEMS MIM programme, entering the company of prestigious schools such as Esade Business School (8th) or WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) (24th). Last but not least, the MBA programme taught at the FBA is consistently evaluated as one of the Top 3 MBA programmes in Eastern Europe.

The FPH VŠE MBA is also a member of the Czech Association of MBA Schools (CAMBAS). Their mission is, in accordance with its statutes, “to ensure, maintain and further develop the high level of MBA studies in the Czech Republic”, including the accreditation of MBA studies in the Czech Republic.
