Admission
Admission
Requirements
Admissions to the Executive MBA at FBA are based on a holistic evaluation of candidates’ professional experience, motivation for study, and fit with the dynamics of the incoming cohort. We seek individuals who demonstrate strong intellectual capacity, an international mindset, and the ambition to contribute meaningfully to the learning environment.
In particular, we welcome applications from managers, entrepreneurs, and specialists who have led teams, driven key initiatives, or executed strategic and transformation projects within their organisations.
To be considered for admission, candidates are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Hold at least an undergraduate degree (BA, BSc, BC or equivalent)
- Have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience, ideally with responsibility for team leadership and/or the execution of strategic or transformational projects
- Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills
- Possess English language proficiency at a level enabling full participation in the programme
Beyond formal requirements, candidates should exhibit motivation for personal and professional development, openness to peer learning, and the capacity to enrich the cohort academically and experientially.

Visa & Health Insurance
VISA
non-EU citizens
As the MBA program grants a professional degree, candidates are not eligible to apply for a Czech student visa. Therefore, we strongly recommend that interested parties contact the Embassy of the Czech Republic in your respective capital city prior to completion of the electronic application.
Without doing so, your application will not be processed until further action on your part has been taken.
HEALTH INSURANCE
EU citizens
Candidates from EU countries + Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland are entitled to the provision of necessary and urgent health care free-of-charge. It is only necessary that they have a certified E128 form from their home country or a European Health Insurance Card, which replaces the paper forms needed.
However, we highly recommend to have a supplementary travel health insurance. It should be gotten before a student leaves the country of origin.
Non-EU citizens
Students from non-EU countries, staying in the Czech Republic longer than 3 months, must contract an insurance with an insurance company, which is licensed to operate the insurance in the territory of the Czech Republic according to a special legal regulation.
It is recommended to consult the Czech Embassy or consulate and verify whether the insurance meets the requirements for an application for a visa or residence permit for stays longer than 90 days.
Travel medical insurance must cover the cost of emergency medical care, including medical evacuation or, in the event of death, repatriation of remains to the country that has issued the applicant´s travel document or to the applicant´s country of residence.
The insurance policy must not exclude coverage for injuries and damage caused by the applicant´s intentional acts, injuries and damage caused by fault or contributory fault on the part of the applicant, and injuries and damage caused by the consumption of alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic substances by the applicant.
