Visit to Motorpal

An excellent event organised by the The Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency of Harry Pollak in cooperation with Motorpal. The visit was primarily for students of the Turnaround Management minor, but there were places for our MBA students too.
From a strategic management point of view, the most interesting information was about the differences in production costs between the Czech Republic and Central Asia. It doesn’t look good for the Czech Republic, but perhaps it will be a strong enough impetus to shift supply chains and focus on the most cost-intensive production.
