Guest lecture on leadership development by Deloitte

Big thanks to Katerina Jancik Repata for her lecture at our Executive MBA (and to Martina Schiestlova for facilitating it).
Together with Daniela Pauknerova and Vaclav Cejthamr, she enlightened our students on the so called “soft factors”, which of course often have more impact than some of the “hard” factors. I believe they have made our students aware of how issues of culture, management and leadership affect not only the performance of companies as a whole, but also the performance and satisfaction of employees.
This concludes Module 1 Management & Leadership. And now Accounting and Finance await our students. This will be a bit harder :-).
